Made with almond flour and coconut oil, these delicious cookies are vegan and gluten-free. These remind me of cookies my grandmother made when I was a child. So not only is there the flavor panel I love, but there are very fond childhood memories closely tied to this yummy cookie. If I hope to get any, I’m going to have to hide them!
