I could eat this dish everyday. It should really be called "Vegan Meatball Pasta."
The arrabbiata sauce is thick and richly packed with flavour from fresh chilli and garlic. The spaghetti is perfectly al dente. The vegan meatballs are squidgy in a pleasing way. Compliments to the Squisito chefs!
