Oh, I finally got to try this bowl and I loved it. Tofu rolls filled with carrot, as a base I had jasmine rice, topped with shimeji mushrooms, chickpeas, broccoli, bell peppers abd for me secret peanut sauce (normally there is peanut curry sauce).
