Just some nice firm tofu. I prefer the high protein super firm tofu that TJ's sells, but this one is much more affordable and I don't think I'm protein deficient, so it is good enough. I made some really nice citrus pepper tofu steaks with it. It was one of the prettiest meals I've made! It's also makes great crispy tofu for curry or blended up with basil, garlic, and lemon juice to make ricotta.
