This consisted of marinated and fried vegan 🐥 stir-fried with soy sauce, chili paste, onions, banana peppers, curry leaves, rampe, tomatoes, carrots, and spices. Served with fried rice. It was very satisfying. The vegan 🐥 was meaty, tender, and authentic-tasting with a coating that had deep and rich flavors. #saveveganrestaurants
