This has always been one of my favorite popcorn, even before I started searching out vegan alternatives.
It's light and fluffy and it's a great size serving, lower in carbs than most which makes it good for a snack for a person with blood sugar challenges.
I wish someone would come up with a better sustainable wrapping/packaging for snacks.
