There are so many great Vegan & vegetarian recipes-that can be made Vegan- that Indian restaurants do not serve in the USA. Sometime ask the owners if they can make you dishes that are not on the menu. Dhokla, Upma, Poha, 20 or more dals, hundreds of subzis that most Americans never get to eat….
