This consisted of a meaty, tender mixture of shredded king trumpet mushrooms and savory soy curls standing in for 🐷 in a classic BBQ sauce, topped with pickles, coleslaw, and more BBQ sauce on pillowy, crisp, and buttery Texas toast.
