Ingredients were fresh. However, only made use of coral lettuce as base veg, which is quite a cheap lettuce after iceberg. Will be good if a mix of leafy veg were used. Other than the coral lettuce, there were some pea shoots, three slices of tomatoes, corn kernels, some avocado and some silken tofu. The coral lettuce were served in full leaves. So unless you cut them up yourself before eating, you would have to make a mess stuffing the large leaf into your mouth. Not a fan of the balsamic vinegar, too sweet.
