truffle oil, breadcrumbs, seared mushrooms
This was surprisingly spicy for some reason! It had a kick somewhere between "tons of black pepper" and legit capsaicin spice. Could not have eaten the whole thing myself due to spiciness (though I notoriously can't tolerate spicy food).
