One thing you know as an Italian, is that homemade pesto will always taste better, but you’ll never make it because the one you buy is easy, quick and good enough. Not only Sacla’ makes a good pesto, they now make a great vegan pesto that in my opinion tastes even better!
If you then add to your pasta a bit of nutritional yeast and some fresh pine nuts, you’ll have a really good pasta with pesto in about 10 minutes time.
