Decided to go with one of their 'presets' rather than building my own bowl. It's got a lot going on, so two thumbs up for value. But taste-wise it just wasn't that coordinated. Think I'll stick with building a bowl.

Spicy bulgur topped with Cajun spiced tofu, roasted sweet potato, served with lettuce, wicked edamame, corn, tomato salsa chipotle with kidney beans (i.e. vegan gangstas) and avocado
