🍆 + 🌶 = 😫💦

Literally very dish, no matter how you prepare the eggplant, just goes so well with #spicy flavours. A whole tonne of chilli oil in this case 🤤 Talk about taking #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease to a whole new level! This was probably my favourite dish we ordered cause that oil with white rice 🍚 is such a superb combo 💜
