Soup was made with red yeast rice (fermentation) thus give it a vibrant red color. It’s say red yeast rice lower cholesterol and triglyceride. Rarely find this soupy dish elsewhere as it’a quite pricey at $9. Varieties of mushroom like monkey-head, oyster, shiitake, enoki and shijimei served along with this.
