Okay, woah… I don’t know why I saw this slice and didn’t have high expectations, but it was absolutely incredibly delicious. A very-moist-but-still-somehow-fluffy texture, it was sweet but with a strong lemon flavour, and the candied lemons were prefect. LOVELY! 🍋🍰
