these are bigger than your average english muffin :0 very soft and toasts perfectly. plus so cheap.
i had one two ways for breakfast with jam, almond butter, strawberries, cinnamon, and chia seeds. the other half i had with cashew cream cheese, banana, blueberries, cinnamon, hemp seeds, and a drizzle of agave.
