I mean it's basically soya chunks. The spice was ok but the texture was chewy. The value for money was not good in my opinion. I used one tin to make fish cakes but with a lot of potato! Then it was ok. But on its own nope! Perhaps in a salad with lots of other stuff it could be good. But I did drain it as the water was not a good smell.
