Questa salsa mi è piaciuta molto, si sente il sapore della barbabietola, ma mitigato da quello del rafano e da una punta di aspro. Ottima sul pane.

I liked this sauce very much, you can taste the beetroot flavor, but mitigated by that of horseradish and a hint of sour. Excellent on bread.
