This Monte Cristo by Rabbits Cafe is really good.
It consists of vegan Bacon made by ‘All Vegetarian’, Violife Smoked Provolone, Sugar-Free Oregon Marionberry Jam, and Sunflower Chile Crema between Dos Hermanos Sourdough French Toast topped with Maple-Bourbon Syrup and a light dusting of Powdered Sugar. This may not be as healthy as eating a bowl of vegetables, but this dish is vegan, low-glycemic and, not to mention, worth it. 😊
