It’s vegetable that’s grated and alternative for mozzarella
Raw: taste terrible. Texture is very weird
Cooked: taste better. Good alternative to cheese. A bit slimey but in a good way. Reminds of raw eggs but a bit firmer yet gelatinous. Actually never had anything in that texture in my life but that’s the closest. Very interesting and good alternative to cheese though
