Probably the best brand of Tahini I've ever tried. It's very creamy and if you stir it often, it doesn't cause the bottom of the jar to harden. I like that it comes in a very big glass jar, that can be delabelled and reused (sadly it has a non-recyclable plastic ring to "seal" it which is completely unnecessary).
