Using these nori sheets, I made sushi for the first time ever! 🍱
The Nori (roasted seaweed) is dark green (better than light green), crispy and delicious.
It was a bit of a challenge, until I got the hang of it. The chonky ones in the back are from the first attempt 😅 I also didn’t have the right rice, but with a bit of overcooking and pressing, I finally made it work. I used 🥕, 🥒 , 🥑, green onion, and facon for the filling.

Way to go! They look professional! Very easy to get the hang of after rolling out 2 or 3 rolls. I usually have at least 1-2 rolls that look pretty wild, but taste is always amazing. Looks great!
