I love the benefits of Spirulina especially that it’s high protein. It has a whopping 57g of protein per 100g. Wow!!
The smell is quite strong but the taste is not pungent when mixing with a berry smoothie. I’m gonna try it with water only but I’m still working up the nerve to go for it.
