
I usually use oat milk to melt my cheese but decided to use almond milk instead. Generally I use a very little amount of milk to boil, take it off the stove and add the vegan cheese. Then put it back on the stove on medium heat and stir stir stir until you got the consistency you want. I dont need to stir too much if going back in the oven though after topping with the melted cheese milk combo. #weeklywins omg why does my autocorrect misspell words I spelled right?! Lol
