I use this miscellar water as a toner after I cleansed my face. The miscellar water is a little slimy but I like it anyway as it does have a brightening effect on my skin. It also help to wipe off dirt residue on my skin, which could not be washed off with a cleanser.
After using it for a few months, my skin complexion is more even and slightly brightened, along side with the use of acure brighening moisturiser and cleanser.
