
The texture of the pasta didn't come out right, but that might have been because I used chickpea pasta (next review). Specifically, I took the water left over from boiling it and mixed it with the pesto, which might have created this overly sticky texture 😬 The #pesto itself could have been better. The #basil didn't dominate the flavour to anywhere near the extent that I would have liked, and the use of apple juice and vinegar made it more sour than that I was comfortable with 😐
