I went all the way to Sea Point Spar to try this one out. I also bought bread and tomatoes for a sandwich and I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I tried the cheddar „raw“, as except for the mustard taste it is the same as every other vegan hard cheese out there. At least that’s my humble opinion. BUT today I made another sandwich, this time in the grill, and I LOVED how it melted, how crispy and absolutely delicious it is baked. Best ever! I haven’t had real cheese in years, but this tastes the same to me. 🥳
