I loved, loved, loved this dish. I was sure I had ordered a vegan salad, but the duck looked and tasted so meaty that I had to ask to double check with the waiter. The texture was absolutely amazing. The ingredients make it an absolute pleasure to eat. I love the very thin Japanese noodles. I give it a 12 out of 10!
