i enjoyed this 60 second meal over some brown rice. the chickpeas were actually thoroughly cooked and they tasted great.

the chickpeas are also certified #organic and #locally grown! awesome that beanvivo sources beans grown locally as possible to reduce their carbon footprint.

it rounded up about 2 servings. the first time i tried it alone and the 2nd serving i included some mushrooms and spinach. it was delicious.
