This vegan ice cream is absolutely delicious. I usually find with vegan ice creams they are more like a sorbet. This one is creamy with a deep chocolate flavour and pieces of gooey chocolate brownie mixed in. I serve it as a dessert with Gato chocolate cream biscuits. Highly recommended if you miss dairy ice cream.
