Really great #pesto! It has a lovely taste and texture, and I like how it’s made with tofu and cashew nuts. I don’t understand why this and so many other products have sugar in their ingredients, since I’m sure it would taste just as good without it. It is clearly labelled vegan and also #glutenfree :)
