Cha's coconut milk is my favorite ; certified organic , fair trade and non- gmo. I use it to make dahl curry , thaï tofu green or red curry, in soups , noodles etc. It gives every dish a rich and creamy taste. Good source of healthy fats. A lot of good recipes on their website!
