I tried the Dairy-free waffles with Oatmilk Gelato and Chocolate Sorbet at Hvala Chijmes. Love that all the gelato sold here is dairy-free!

I absolutely love the waffle!! It had a crispy exterior but was marshmallow-soft on the inside! The oatmilk gelato was also really milky and creamy and that rich-chocolatey chocolate sorbet just melts my heart!

The ambience at the Chijmes outlet is really soothing with its minimalistic and simple Japanese teahouse design. There is also a gallery space which features a plethora of artists' works in-store.

I would definitely return to have the dairy-free waffles again!
