A very seedy soft sliced loaf.
It's brown looking, but actually it's a white loaf: wish I hadn't bought it now (even reduced as it was to 25p).
Although it doesn't taste salty to me, it says that each slice (& these are small slices) contains 5% of RDA, which I find slightly alarming.
RRP is £1 which seems quite expensive for a small white loaf with some seeds thrown in.
