Flavours: pistacchio, vanilla with orange and sicilian almonds, covered with strawberry cream.
Since they opened the icecream shop, they choose to use first quality ingredients. Now they use organic and italian ingredients. Even in they are not only vegan (infortunately) they use organic milk and eggs product by local grazing animals, not intensive farming.
The vegan flavours are really good, they use simple water, carob, guar, olive oil, everything is italian.

Il loro gelato vegan è ottimo, fatto di sola acqua, farina di carrube e guar, olio d'oliva.
Per i prodotti a base di latte si servono da allevatori locali al pascolo, potrebbero benissimo fare tutto esclusivamente vegan...
Comunque la torta l'ho ordinata scegliendo gli ingredienti: pistacchio, vaniglia con mandorle pralinate e arancio, copertura di fragola.
