If you’re expecting authentic-tasting pasta, do not buy this product. I don’t particularly like “real” semolina/wheat pasta taste or texture, so this pasta is much appreciated. I enjoy the slightly herbaceous flavor, but just to let potential buyer know, it’s not a perfect substitute.
