Love anything served in hot stone/ claypot and the HK style claypot rice piled with Chinese sausages and cured meats mixed with sweet soy sauce used to be a huge fave of mine. Glad I can enjoy the meat free equivalent now!
PS: What do you call someone who orders 3 different claypot dishes in a single meal? A certified pothead 🪴🙃
