Review of Pasta fresca con espinaca, brócoli y aceitunas - Hacendado by danielgl

This product is an example of the networking fostered by @abillion10 . After seeing this new product reviewed, was monotoring the fresh pasta products every shopping trip and to my delight it finally appeared!

The pasta pockets are generously filled with broccoli, spinach and olives and they stay intact when boiling. They are quite filling, I made two packages because my hubby loves pasta but we were both superfull after wards. I threw together a sauce made with soy creme, tofu, sun-dried tomato and garlic and was a pretty good match, though I think vegan pesto may be a better pairing. 2€ per package, well worth it! #refugiotheanimalacademy #veganuary2022
