I normally don't buy brioche buns but these are 100% vegan so I couldn't resist! $5 from Woolies and they were fantastic. #veganbread #buns #frysfamily #frys
Brioche is considered a Viennoiserie; made in the same way as bread but normally with eggs, butter, liquid and sometimes sugar, to make it rich like a pastry. First recorded use of the word in French was 1404.
