This consisted of delicious and startlingly realistic Vegan Zeastar 🐟-free salmon cubed and dressed in spicy 🌱-based mayo with tangy pickled vegetables, chopped pineapple, nori strips, sesame seeds, and a teriyaki glaze. Served over brown sushi rice. With a rainbow of colors and flavors, this was fantastic. #saveveganrestaurants
