Delicious! Wasn’t certain at first because most of the plant-based cheeses I tend to like and purchase are based on pea protein and coconut oil- this I believe is based on cashews. But immediately enjoyed it- thick, sharp slices- made the ultimate cheeze sandwich with a couple slices today!
