I really wouldn't recommend this.
Its ok as a generic green dip / spread, but I really wouldn't describe it as guacamole, & the avocado is completely lost in the lime.
I suspect they have to do this to preserve the avocado / prevent it from oxidising black.
Avocados are a delicate food & I suspect don't tolerate industrial processing & storage.
Far better to just buy an avocado & do your own dip.
Fortunately I got a couple of tubs marked down; I'd have been very disappointed if I'd paid RRP (99p).
