Great concept - able to pick and choose the ingredients like a regular Yong Tau Foo or Mala store.

Chose the mala broth as I haven’t tried it before. Perhaps it’s a ‘healthier’ version of the usual mala broth. For it was neither ‘ma’ (numbing) nor ‘la’ (spicy). Will stick to the other vegan broths in future!

But other than that, the vegetables were fresh and the yong tau foo was great! Good range to choose from. Was a little surprised that they fried the yong tau foo ingredients before adding to the soup.
