Perfectly serviceable rendition of this dish though they definitely cook it on the spot so it hasn't been simmering and gaining flavour for hours. As a result, the soup tastes pleasant but doesn't carry a tang of sourness as it ought. Still, packed full of veg and tofu so very comforting nonetheless!
