This is among the best vegan cheeses I have tasted by now. It is smoked Gouda flavour, but the smoky taste it not too strong. The flavour is very well balanced. It reminds me scamorza affumicata cheese, that is very known in Italy and that I used to like very much when I was a kid. This vegan cheese brought me back pleasant memories...it feels so good to be able to eat a similar cheese again but completely cruelty free!
The package used to envelope the cheese is plastic free, one reason more to love this product!
