My dad said it really does have a fish taste. To me, I would just say it tastes like other frozen fish fillets and texture wise is similar to ultra processed frozen non-vegan ones. It is not reminiscent of the flakiness of fresh fish. Overall still good when compared to other frozen non-vegan fish fillets. All I did was pop it into the air fryer and done. I'm happy to have tasted and tried it but would only buy again maybe for special occasions.
