Brave Robot makes hands down the best vegan ice cream out there. They make animal-free whey in a lab and then they make ice cream out of it and lemme tell you, it’s the closest thing to dairy ice cream that’s vegan I’ve had. It’s so creamy, and I’ve had non-vegan folks tell me they’d be perfectly happy with it as ice cream.
