An outstanding vegan dish! I have to say, everything i tried at Hai Hai was just such a joyful explosion of flavors — now, the morning after this dinner, i want to go back already. In this dish, the cauliflower is paired with creamy coconut, soft kale, and an array of fresh herbs. The spicy sambal sauce that tops this dish can be served on the side.
