I was looking for a pizza place and was pleasantly surprised that Zio's had vegan cheese! If I wasn't looking good through the menu, I would have missed it. I ordered my pizza with spinach, mushroom, artichoke, and vegans cheese! It was delicious! The vegan cheese melted nicely. One suggestion would be to offer plant based meat alternatives as toppings!
