Love to come here for breakfast on a weekend. They have a few vegan options and this one is always my to go to alongside the vegan French toast.
This feels hearty and filling, with small potatoes, radishes, tomatoes and mushroom. So simple yet so delicious. I add a little bit of mustard for extra flavor.
